Collin here is going to be putting a fire underneath the coffee portion of this fantabulous place we call Red Lantern Bicycles. He’s been lighting firecrackers for some time now, so we are really excited to have him on. He’s got some skills… some SERIOUS coffee skills…
We’re talking cold brew iced coffee, french press style coffee, home made alternative milks (i.e. almond, sunflower, yum!), and some serious consistency in the way we do things ’round here.
Rumor has it, we may even start roasting our own beans right here in the shop. I can almost smell it…
We need to start taking the coffee as seriously as we are taking the bikes. Fortunately, Collin has his ass on the rivet and his nose on the stem.
